Vanish Deutschland – Oxi Action TV Commercial Case Study

Vanish, a leading brand in stain removal, is known for its innovative cleaning products that help extend the life of fabrics and keep homes spotless. The brand regularly updates its messaging to connect with today’s consumers.

Shutterstock Studios partnered with Gorodenkoff Productions to bring their latest Vanish Oxi Action TV commercial to life for the German market. They developed the creative concept and 3D environments, while we provided full production service and access to our virtual production studio.

Brief: Provide end-to-end production support for the commercial, including studio rental, on-set technical operation, crew, actor casting, and construction of physical set elements for virtual environments.

Pre-Production

Our art department collaborated closely with Shutterstock Studios on this project, creating a physical kitchen set similar to the virtual one on screen in order to meet the production’s needs.

The 3D suburban house exterior proved far more time-efficient than scouting for a real location. It also allowed us to avoid typical logistical hurdles like permits, unpredictable weather, and time constraints. Our art team quickly built a suitable front yard set, allowing the director to dive straight back into camera work.

Behind-the-Scenes

Here’s a look behind the scenes of the Vanish Oxi Action commercial shoot at our virtual production studio. The main cast featured a father and daughter, with additional scenes involving four actors playing roles of experts. Our team handled all on-set operations, including lighting and technical setup.
